"Good staff, clean room - although it was compact. Air conditioning was good, there is a bar + restaurant on site. $10 credit daily to be used at the bar. Rooms are very small, bedding is amazing."

"LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION!!!!! I interacted with reception I believe 3 to 4 times and it was very robotic, except for only one experience. Being across from Central Park was a game changer and ultimate New York experience. I read reviews about the elevators and it’s true, for whatever reason they just seem to be very slow, especially in the mornings before 10 AM. We had the AC unit in the room at 68 or 70 and it just never got cold but we were never uncomfortable, but we weren’t as comfortable as we could’ve been. Overall, it was a 4.5 out of five stars."
