Phoned nxt day and they said thats fine we'll speak to manager no reply for a day then phoned back they said the same we will speak to manager and while all this is going on they charge me for the room i didnt stay in and a week later still waiting for that phon call"

"Location excellent & if you have an electric car & are mobile this is the place to stay in Brixham, 6 charging points in private car parking. BUT this is a very old building with rickety stairs, MANY fire doors & less than clear room directions. The walk from the car park is not easy, beware those with limited mobility or wheelchairs.
