« Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cet appartement. Il est idéalement situé proche de la plage et proche des commerces. L'appartement en lui meme est très propre, très fonctionnel et dispose de tout ce que l'on a besoin, comme chez soi ! Il manque juste une cafetière pour le petit déjeuner. « Smelt strongly of damp on entering communal corridor. Flat seemed ok but lots of road noise due to front window not sealing when closed. Was better when i went outside and pushed it closer. Swivel chair bases rusted badly. Sweeping brush was digusting and covered in muck and fluff before we used it. Bathroom radiator rusty, squeegies were covered in black mold. Extractor fan not working. Wardrobe had little space as full of boxes ironing board and clutter. »

« Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea. Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities. A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before. »

« Great location for exploring Paignton town and travelling around Devon. Accommodation was great with the benefit of a patio. Kitchen could have done with more utensils and upgrades on pans but managed to cook on a wet day in. Disappointed that there was no cafeteria as one in the photos. Also only 1 toilet roll as was there for 7 days. Host was quick to respond. Thank you. »
