« The hot tub was closed. The room had nothing in besides a bed and shower. Does not come with a microwave or a mini fridge. The heat temperature didn’t work so they sent a mechanic in which they turned up really high. There was no way of refund or anything. Really disappointing. »

« We didn’t have a hot tub, our original room was given to someone else, so we’re put somewhere else. I went down for coffee and there was nothing. Worst stay I have ever experienced, would never stay there again!!!!!!! »
