The space \- 4 Bedroom/ 2 Bath located across the street from a public park, minutes from historical Old North Church, just steps to famous Hanover Street, the Waterfront, and Downtown Boston, and TD Garden (where the Bruins and Celtics play), it is walking distance to all other neighborhoods of Boston. \- The condo is located on the first floor of a brownstone, making access easy (the bedrooms are located in the back of the building, and are quiet). Only four steps to access the building’s entry way. Pets under 15 pounds are ok, please get approval prior to booking. 5\. Please keep thermostats on the low side, the apartment tends to get and stay very warm. 50° on the thermostat is typically 68° in the space. The heaters are baseboard electric - Keep items away from the baseboard to avoid fire. 6\. Please leave keys in the apartment lockbox at all times, unless you are home. You are the only person who has the lockbox code. Due to high amount of keys being lost by guests, if you lose a key there will be fee charged to your Airbnb account. 7\. Please reserve baby crib/pack n play and extra sheets in advance 8\. If you are interested in extending your stay in advance or after checkout, please let me know as soon as possible. 9\.
