"Amazing resort and very clean "

"Unfortunately , our experience at Ocean Beach Club Hotel was not great. When we first arrived, we were suprised by how dark our room was. There are no ceiling lights! Just the single bedside lamp and two very dim wall lights. unfortunately the window was very small too so not much sunlight could come in. We had trouble just seeing our clothes in our suitcases even in the middle of the day! Luckily we weren't planning on spending much time in the room so that was fine. Moreover, there was only one mirror in the room. For most people that's probably not an issue! But if you're on a girls trip, as was I, it sucks! lol. we actually ended up going to target and buying another mirror so we could get ready at the same time ! Unfortunately, the washroom was also tiny and the water in the shower did not get hot! The shower was actually cold. The walls are very thin as well, so noise was unfortunately an issue. There is also no housekeeping;however if you call the front desk for anything (i.e fresh towels) they bring them immediately ! On the bright side, the location is amazing and just across the street from the beach, the pool is not too busy (and it's heated, warmer than the showers lol) and there are many great cafes and restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. Overall we did not have an incredible experience at this hotel, and we would most likely not stay here again. You get what you pay for - i probably shouldn't even complain when the price is this low in peak season!"

"Five-star service! The staff at this Days Inn location is exceptional. The front desk was incredibly accommodating and handled all my questions with such grace and kindness. They are very solution-oriented and made my visit much easier than I expected. The hospitality here is top-notch, and I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in the area!"

"Our room looked like prison cell. The room was beaten up to an extreme degree. The sink, tub and toilet were stained with rust. The actual tub and sink has rust spots through the metal base. The bed was clean and freshly made up."

"Only problem was computers were down upon our check in so delay. One of the elevators was not working and the hot tub was out of services as well. Great staff and valet drivers wonderful Miguel!!"

"The location is stunning. The amenities and staff in the pool areas are excellence. Staff were extremely accommodating with lounge, chairs and umbrellas and food service in the outdoor pool areas. I would definitely stay there again."
