"We had a great vacation here. We have a two year old so we need an extra room so this was perfect. The place was great. Perfectly clean and a great location. My little dogs loved it too. One of our dogs has issues walking on certain floors and he had no issues here which was a relief. :) Communication with Dan was prompt and friendly. We will definitely return again. Thank you Dan."

"We had a delightful stay at Dan’s place. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and a slightly longer stroll to the central Pompano Fishing Pier. While some of the beach supplies (like chairs) could benefit from a refresh, this minor inconvenience didn’t dampen our experience. The grounds are inviting and offer a private oasis for relaxation. "My 2 friends and I enjoyed our stay here. We each had our separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms between us and a spacious area to gather. The outside porch area was comfortable and shaded. We spent a lot of time there. In roughly 300 steps we were on the beach and had beautiful views of both the sun & moonrises. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. The house was very clean. We enjoyed watching the iguanas sunbathe as well. We all agreed we would return! We highly recommend!"

"Home is nicely equipped and in a nice location. The large inflatables pictured are not there nor were we informed of the change. It is advertised to have a whirlpool/hot tub. Not true. No hot tub at all. Whirlpool is built into the pool but the jets have no pressure. Owner said jets were turned down to be comfortable for all guests. Poolman said there is a problem the owner won't fix and if the jets are turned up the pool will drain. Guests are not in control of the house thermostat. Owner...
