This place was terrible, ​We are very unhappy with our stay here, and we will not be continuing it. The bed is uncomfortable, and the service is non-existent. The facility is dirty, and the prep kitchen is a mess. The Wi-Fi barely works; it cuts on and off or is just very weak. The pictures are misleading. This place is small and uninviting. The insulation between rooms is terrible, and the room noise is very loud from neighboring guests. The floor outside our room dips and feels like a sinkhole—that's a structural issue and safety hazard. ​The gathering of smokers in the entryway is appalling. ​Under Connecticut's Clean Indoor Air Act, smoking and vaping (tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes) are banned inside virtually all public buildings, workplaces, restaurants, and bars. Smoking is also prohibited within 25 feet of any doorway, operable window, or air intake vent. ​There is an ashtray right next to the door to the back parking lot, and people stay in the main entryway, and this is allowed here. ​This place is just not what it should be, and it is not a place that I would ever suggest to anyone.

Williams Center is no-frills but a good option for a safe, extremely clean, friendly place to stay. The room has no TV, but good wi-fi. There's a fridge in the room. Coffee maker is available in a common kitchen, along with a larger fridge and a small stove. Breakfast is self-serve muffins or croissant and juice that are in the fridge - nothing fancy but gets you out the door. Room was very quiet and dark - good windows/curtains and the bed was comfy. William was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
