« One thing about Block Island hotels is that they are very old. Taking that into consideration you must understand that the walls are very thin to the point it sounds like other people are in the same room!!! You can hear full on conversations and other stuff!! For over 24 hours the person in the room against our head board left their phone on and left. It vibrated against our wall all night long!!! The next morning it was still going off every 45 minutes or so. By noon it started vibrating...

« Newly renovated property in Old Harbor directly off the ferry. Room was very comfortable and modern with A/C. Full bar and restaurant directly below the rooms. We would stay again in a heartbeat. »

« I got to the room at 10 pm and it had never been serviced. Bathroom towels on the floor, bed sheets all over the place. But this is not a hotel, really, but a room in some building far away from where you check in. I cancelled the second night and nobody has every called back, or apologized, or credited me with this horrible experience. »
