clean, modern and well maintained hotel with a cool mid century vibe. location ok, not horrible but not great as you can not walk to anything at all! its functional with surprisingly good food and service - warm, friendly and very helpful staff. Free Parking is good What shocked us was price, over $700 per night was not a good value at all for the location

This place was an unexpected experience. Impeccable service!! They made homemade breakfast every morning, which is included with the stay. Highly recommend

Very cute cottage that was recently remodeled. We liked: the location, nicely decorated, kitchen with coffee pot, oven and fridge, the passes to Waterford Beach, the rec room, Responsive staff, the outdoor area with swing sets, picnic bench, huge yard. Although cottage #22 has 2 bedrooms, I would not recommend this unit for 2 adults and teens, it is too small. Warning - the hot water takes time to heat up. The cottage has a small air condition unit is in the kitchen only so the bedrooms were hot. We could have opened the windows, but there were no screens on the bedroom windows and the front door screen had holes in it. My only other complaint was that the bathroom sink: the faucet was too large for the sink, so water sprayed everywhere.
