"Clean beyond expectation! We spent 4 nights here and did day trips from Blanding. The space was “ tiny”…but had a king bed that was wonderful. We ate breakfast and a couple dinner salads on the private patio. Julie left several k-cups for the Keurig, and even a couple energy bars! An oasis to enjoy. "This is the perfect location for a home base. We were an hour from Mesa Verde, Hovenweep, Arches, Canyonlands-Needles District, and Natural Bridges. There was even more within a 90 minute drive. Our problem is we didn't book a longer vacation. The view of the Abajo Mountains from the living room was awesome. There was a hawk nesting in one of the pines in the back yard. "Great place for a family reunion--clean, lots of beds, a great pond to play in, not many mosquitoes, not many people around, and terrific scenery! The only drawback was the generator kept coming on-perhaps more solar panels are needed? Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for a great reunion!!"

"We enjoyed our stay so much! It was much closer to fantastic hikes than we realized and the fenced yard was PERFECT for our dogs! It was also a lot larger than we expected and very well stocked with dishes etc, and they even had little snacks for us. Steve was SUCH a good communicator, it was easy to get any questions answered and he kept us informed of local weather, etc. We will absolutely come back to this place!"

I had planned to travel there during a rather warm period and when booking I saw that it had air conditioning. Upon arrival the A/C is actually only two portable A/C units in the living room.
