The front porch was peaceful and relaxing after hiking parks all day. Moab is less than an hour away which to us was a small price to pay considering the cost and craziness to stay in Moab. We were surprised how nice the bathroom was. The host messaged ahead of time with all the check-in info and everything we needed to know to find the place. I do recommend getting there before dark if possible because the driveway does sneak up on you! My only note is that the tv has a small but extremely bright blue light on it that is impossible to turn off, so bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive to light.
