"From the minute we arrived the hosts could not have been more accommodating We arrived around 2.30pm and with limited parking on the street their was no spare spaces but Phil kindly moved his so we could park right outside this goes along way in my book Room was nice and clean as you expect My only worry was going to be the shower as stayed in few hotels in Blackpool where the pressure has been rubbish but this shower did not disappoint Their was a bar at night and the prices very cheap...

"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Great hosts couldnt do enough for you. Great rooms and facilities for guests probably best one ive stayed in in Blackpool. Only minor things which could be improved would be the shower in room could be electric as took time for water to heat up around 10 min. The door for the bathroom dont shut properly as their big gab where the door is fully shut. So maybe new door could be fitted. Continental breakfast was excellent lot to choose from even got soya milk in as got allergy which is very good...
