« No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it. »

We stayed half board, the food and restaurant staff, were very good.

Disabled people have to use the back side door, when we came back from a walk the door was locked, there was a note on the door saying the door will be locked from 3pm to 4pm because of a wedding ceremony, we arrived at the door at 4pm by chance, door still locked, I phoned reception, reception staff told me that the ceremony was running late, and told me they would...

« A great stay (as usual) - hotel is modern and very clean. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Car park is a little small, but space is at a premium at the rear of the hotel due to the proximity of the pleasure beach. Thankfully the roller coasters stop around 5pm, so no noise in the evening. Bit of a walk to the nearest tram stop is the only fault I can think of. Would definitely recommend. »
