« No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it. »

« A great stay (as usual) - hotel is modern and very clean. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Car park is a little small, but space is at a premium at the rear of the hotel due to the proximity of the pleasure beach. Thankfully the roller coasters stop around 5pm, so no noise in the evening. Bit of a walk to the nearest tram stop is the only fault I can think of. Would definitely recommend. »

« Family of 4 with very young children. Very clean hotel room. Stayed for one night only. Dave and Adam were very considerate to us. Dave allowed us to have early check-in before 12 noon as we arrived early and Adam gave us more time to prepare to check out and Adam allowed us to leave our luggage in the reception for free as our train will be in the afternoon.
No breakfast but no problem with that as the location is the best for everything. Tram and bus stops very near with the hotel going to all...
