Food good , friendly helpful staff. Entertainment good. On the negative side children were allowed to stay in the bar until very late 12.30am. There should be a cut off point 10.30pm! Would possibly not revisit because of this

Evening meal and breakfast were excellent with great choices. Breakfast would have been nicer if there was some black pudding to go with the other fab offerings. Wonderful location as there is a tram stop opposite the hotel and a small amount of on sight parking. All staff are very helpful
