"Clean rooms but there was no replacement of used towels or emptying trash cans. No one looked at any form of clean room cleanup. The breakfast bar was a total disaster the second day (no refiling of food, indifferent attitude of staff, no clean up of the eating area). The front desk attendant seemed oblivious to the problem when notified. No staff attendant available for checkout despite the several travelers waiting. "

"First the name of hotel is Baymont. When we pulled into parking lot, crowds of people was hanging out around cars. This made me worry about my safety. The desk clerk assured me security is on site 24 hours. the bathroom was horrible. The mirror was hanging and they tried to duct tape it. The shower rod was broke and the shower was patched with electrical tape. The light was hanging from ceiling. "

"We were in town for a family graduation and wound up having a wonderfully relaxing time in the space. The house is in a quaint and peaceful neighborhood full of trees and private homes. The place was charming and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials plus more. Truly a perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided toys and there was a lovely park across the street. Communication was flawless."
