"Room was disgusting, included free men's hair all over the bathroom, when no man was in our party and free stains on the sheets and someone obviously lost their socks and got forgotten in the dirty sheets provided at absolutely no additional costs. Bugs were also free. "

"Probably will never stay there again. The room that we had was completely disgusting. We had no hot water, the toilet was leaking, holes in the walls, the door look like somebody had kicked it with muddy boots. The bedspread had four cigarette burns in it and it was too small for the bed, and three of the smallest pillows I have ever seen. We asked for extra towels and washcloths and did not receive them . The TV had no antenna, so none of the channels came in clearly. And it was clear that nobody had cleaned the floor because there was a lot of dirt and sand ALL over the whole floor, mirrors were not washed because they had water spots and toothpaste spots on it. The microwave…. I couldn’t tell you the last time it was clean properly plus there was rust on the inside of the microwave!!! We have stayed a few times in the past couple years and the first time we stayed our room was all remodeled and beautiful, and then the next time the room wasn’t as nice, ., etc. Each time we have stayed,the rooms would be a little more disgusting and you could tell no one is cleaning the rooms properly Now this was the worst place I have ever stayed at, and I can guarantee you, we will not return after this last stay ever again!"

"When I checked in at 2230 after work I was advised that the water was off until morning. So that’s was an issue. When I woke up to get ready for work water was still shutoff. When I got off work at 7pm and arrived back at the hotel again water was still off. So when I left Sunday morning it still hadn’t come on. That’s terrible business and I’m very unhappy with my stay. I was not compensated what so ever. "

"For the price I would have went somewhere else but you live and you learn. I chose to pre-register to make check-in easier but DO NOT. It put TWO incorrect pending holds on my account (over $600 worth). They are aware of this issue and chose to not make me aware until I brought it up. The staff were pleasant but seemed lackadaisical. They are currently going through renovations so some areas are taped and tarped off. The pool no longer extends outside (which would have been nice to know beforehand!) and currently is replaced by a muddy patch. When we tried to visit the hot tub it was emptied. The room itself was nice and standard. Pretty view of the pond and golf course. The TV offered live/free channels (whatever comes with the TV) or you could screen-mirror your mobile device which I found a bit odd as usually there are more options."
