We love this hotel. It is overpriced but my husband is a car guy and likes the valets. The huge bathtubs are a plus - but not every room has them. The concierges can be kind of snooty and shady BUT I left my AirPods in the room after checkout and they called me back within 5 minutes to say they had them and holding them for me at the desk. The rooftop bar is a great setting in nice weather - if they’re busy the service can be a little slow

I enjoyed the high quality of everything from the check-in counter to the room itself. The staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the decor was cool.

The room was dirty. Unclean toilet, blood on comforter, horrible service, subpar food and drinks. Truly disappointing for the price.

Freezing lobby & fire alarm without room check.
Fire alarm going off 0123 26Dec22 was the worst experience; requiring dressing and going to the freezing lobby at 0126 to find out it was a false alarm. I couldn’t get to sleep until after 0400h for two hours. I want to be compensated for that time or refund my night payment.

Grand Bohemian is Grand!
Lots of arts and interior design is attractive. Extra thins o do like spa, gallery and cooking school on site. Did not get to try rooftop bar or restaurant but have been told it is good! Definitely recommend for a trip to Birmingham, Alabama!

Reason for the ok rating was the mattress was horrible! Felt like a 15 year old mattress with deep impressions permanently compressing the mattress where many very heavy bodies had slept previously… Absolutely horrible.

Beautiful chain but feels boutique
The hotel is beautiful and the staff is all very friendly and accommodating. I have been here twice now and I would come again. The surrounding area is beautiful with cute shops and plenty of places to eat.

Grand Bohemian is an upscale, eclectic hotel with great service. The contemporary artwork, in-hotel restaurant and great dining/shopping options within walking distance set it apart. Recommended are nearby Sol Y Luna for drinks/tapas, the Post Office for pizza (great for families) and Mountain Brook Creamery. The Bohemian rooftop terrace with its unique furniture is also a great addition to this beautiful hotel.

I was supposed to gave a host call it was ok to spend plus 10k in Casino but not allowed in Sky Lounge I wouldn’t recommend your Hotel also a Fridge Many Bar Locked

Just Wow!
The hotel was amazing, beautifully decorated. We had outstanding service from everyone. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. I had a very relaxing massage treatment at the Poseidon Spa. My only complaint is the mattress was too firm, I love the cushion pillow-top mattress. I will definitely plan a girls trip soon!!!! ;)

The property is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. Sadly, for what they charge you would expect a much higher level of concierge service and friendliness (think The Plaza as we paid similar rates!) They have a house car sitting in front but refuse to use it and the city had a shortage of rental cars, taxis and drivers this weekend!
