« We had a good time. Our room was clean, but our sheets and covers felt damp both nights. there wasn’t blankets or pillows to keep us warm »

« Felt like I was owed a partial refund for having to go to the front desk for towels every night. Housekeeping took our towels everyday even if they were hanging up and never left new ones. Had a cockroach two different days. Was told it was due to the rain, but good pest control would prevent them from coming in in the first place. Asked about utilizing the grill and was told they had all the tools and everything. When we went to use it, there wasn’t a lighter. Trash wasn’t picked up multiple...

« Check in was so fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good selection (sausage, egg, cereal, waffles) our room was very clean and spacious. The pool was also really nice and warm! »

« Overall check in was a breeze, convenient location, the rooms were clean, I do wish it was able to be colder and the beds were too soft (personal preference) but overall would stay again. »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« All the staff were kind & so helpful with any questions. The place was immaculate, perfect location to the beach, food,& shopping. I definitely recommend staying there . We will be going back! »

« There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. Other than no soap in the shower it was a beautiful day and we would stay again. PS I like to...
