« Great place to stay, everyone was very friendly. Parking was easy as everyone gets a parking permit. The room was very clean and cleaning was done each day we stayed (5 nights). Only thing that could be better is the pool could be a little cleaner. But also understanding as it was just coming out of Texas winter so the pool probably wasn't used as much consideringit'soutside. « Bad experience. Everything was broken. 1st was given the wrong room. Then was changed to a room on 2nd floor. Elevator worked when arrived, then broke down. AC in room didn't work. Fridge was froze up, didn't work. Ice maker on 2nd floor didn't work. Outside exit/entrance doors were broken: did not lock, so anyone had access. Rooms not too clean. Even the toilet paper holders were broken - paper roll was stuck on the bar - no roller bar - so fell to the floor a lot. Took a long time to get hot...
