The location was central and convenient. The staff was obliging and helpful. The windows aren't very thick so a lot of outside noise will be heard easily. But it's mostly a quiet town, so not much to worry about. Just don't stay up too late, because the birds are LOUD in the morning. That's not the hotel's fault, though. It's part of living out in the country. Overall I liked it very much, and next time I visit Pearsall I will stay at Executive Inn.

Owners go beyond trying to provide service.

The owners were very new. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The room was advertised with a kitchenette, and indeed, it did have one. However, there were no pots or pans, no utensils or plates or anything at all. The owners said things would just walk.away. We suggested having a basket with essential utensils they could give out at checkin. Also it was advertised as breakfast included, which the new owners said they were not aware of. The new owners were kind enough to go to the restaurant next door and give us the breakfasts they bought there for us. We were impressed and wish them the best.

Owner or night desk clerk extremely unprofessional and unfriendly, ruins the experience all together and will stay somewhere worse just to not have such a rude old man to deal with when checking in. Learn to treat your customers like you actually want their business.

Just one night is more than enough

Price was good for one stay. The manager not talkative. Kind of just directing. He reuses everything, such as the over used door card envelope that he wanted back. The tub was dirty. Unable to use. The room needed a professional cleaning service. Will not stay here again. It didn't feel welcoming, wanted, or comfortable.

-Not very clean. -Many deadbugs by the floor near the walls. -The room was dated. -Room took hours to cool down. -Shower water kept changing from cold to hot sporadically. -Shower head was hanging by water tape. -Bed sheet had foul smell. -Microwave was from late 90's. -Modem was from early 2000's. -Internet did not work.

great people, ok stay

The staff was amazing, friendly, and welcoming. The facilities were clean but dated. Air conditioner didnt seem to cool as i like (keep in mind i enjoy a really really cool room). Shower products were single size tear open packages, towels were rough, bed was too hard. There is train tracks near by
