The bed mattress needs to be replaced it was too lumpy, hard to get comfortable.

« I didn't get to take my trip due to a car accident... the resort was unable to make me a refund because I booked through Expedia... Then your trip insurance turned down my coverage on the reservation... So overall I'm less than happy and actually quite pissed... Overall I'm out $330... »

« Great cute historic inn. Felt like we stepped into the past… but with amenities :) cute little light breakfast bar. The Tavern that is attached /downstairs is awesome and such a “local vibe “ and really tasty food !
What a nice surprise this place and the cute little town of Jasper was. We came here as a last minute change of plans. I recommend . There’s a nice little downtown to walk around as well. »

« It's an older hotel, but very well kept and always affordable! The washer and dryer work great and only cost $2.00 per machine! Anywhere else you're paying almost $4, just to start one cycle. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. »
