Modern ductless A/C in every room kept things cool and comfy during a very hot week. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, blender, dishes, utensils, etc. Great location - literally steps to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and the pier. "It’s very reasonable for the price, quite cozy. Communicating with the owner was very pleasant and always quick to respond. Only downside was parking. The place has 6-7 units and parking is very limited, sometimes you get a parking spot and then the next time you’re trying to figure out where to park. The units are well numbered although be nice to have a little direction of where to enter. Overall, nice stay, clean and very close to anything you may need."
