"When booking it’s difficult to know rooms are not around the pool. Maybe label it so it’s clear which rooms will be part of the other building. Calling reservations is useless. This is the third time I’ve had this experience calling this hotel. I leave a message an and didnt get a call back either. I booked anyway via Expedia because i love the cabanas and pool area. "
