The unit was conveniently located and we were able to walk to the grocery store and the metro link. « This was a perfect location around 15 minutes from DC. We stayed with kids and it was very quiet, comfortable, and in a great area. It was very clean and the staff were very nice. We only stayed for a few days so we didn’t need any of the utensils, or use any of the appliances but they had everything you needed for an extended stay as well. The neighborhood is fantastic, on our walks we were greeted by neighbors, and we even met a group playing pickleball who invited us to join.The location is super convenient, with Trader Joe’s and Aldi just down the road. « We went for police memorial week. It was the perfect distance from all the attractions we were looking for. Able to attend all police memorial events with no problems. Parking was a little tough on the street however we were able to find a parking lot within walking distance. Great place to stay very clean and it was relatively quiet in the neighborhood. « 3 adults stayed 4 nights. Apartment is small, but bedrooms and bathrooms are separated and good size. Nicely updated and clean. Kitchen is adequate. 10-15 min. walk to Metro (depending where you're going). A few resturants/bar within walking distance. Balcony was great to hang out on after sightseeing, but could use fresh cushions. Neighborhood is safe, friendly. There is a lot of street noise at all hours - didn't bother us, but could be a problem for light sleepers. Host was quick to respond...

« It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building. »
