Perfect for a family or two couples. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. There's a binder of information that helped us get acquainted with things nearby. The access instructions were detailed and flawless. Just so you know . . . As noted, there is no Internet/WiFi And hot spotting worked for...

"We loved Greg’s home, my family felt very comfortable. We fished ( catfish on minnows ), shot poole and watched our Mavs win on Greg’s big screens in and outside. Outside fireplace led to S’mores and midnight conversations. Loved it!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay. The property itself was in a perfect location in relation to the resort and its amenities, and the community pool was the icing on the cake. The owner was easy to get ahold of and communicate with and the home itself was tastefully decorated and had more than we needed. Definitely would book again!"

"We arrived very late due to flight changes because of adverse weather. So when we arrived we were very tired from having travelled all day. "This property was just the right size for our quick little weekend getaway. While it was just a private bedroom and bath, we didn't need much more. It was clean, private and close to the pool and walking distance to Captain Pete's for dinner. Barbara was very good at communicating with us the entire time."

"The property was nice and the house was spacious. However when we arived the spa didn't work, waterfall on pool didnt work, ovens bake option didnt work, and the dishwasher wasnt 100%. All of these added up to the 4 stars."

"This is our 2nd time at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time. The house was perfect for our large family. The downstairs game room was perfect for the kids!! The house was stocked with everything we could need, although the kitchen utensils could be updated. Thanks for a great stay and the neighbors were so friendly!!"

"This house speaks for itself with the courtyard giant tree and the huge windows overlooking the lake. Our family loved eating dinner outside on the patio every night and playing many games on the pool table. We even ran out of propane and someone came in provide us with a new tank within hours. The dock/lake access was just a short walk down and gave us a nice fishing spot. We will definitely be back!!"

"The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably."

"The house is impressive. We had 7 adults in our party, golf trip. The house was clean, fully stocked, and spacious...plenty of room for all. The house also has two great decks with excellent views and equipped with plenty of entertainment options (hot tub/pool table). If you're looking for a clean, roomy house with great views, this is it!"

"This place has it all! Upon arrival, the house was clean, cool and inviting. We like to cook our meals and everything we needed to cook and serve was available. And then some! The pool and deck view is relaxing and we enjoyed being outside with our doggies. In the evening, there was plenty of room to kick back and enjoy a movie. Beds were amazing and we slept so comfortably! The host was friendly and amazing to work with the whole time. We loved this property. We hope to be back in the future."

"This home had so many great features - but by far the location and view were exceptional. The home had great furnishings, comfortable beds and the kitchen was fully stocked with accessories. There was not one thing that we needed that we could not find in the home - not to mention the ease of having an elevator. The Management Team was helpful and prompt - and check in instructions were extremely clear and easy. Cannot say enough great things about this home!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is great - we could walk right over to Boat Town and enjoy a great meal or bring home take out. They have lots of TVs so watching the Final Four and Championship games were really fun. The house was comfortable and clean. The grill does not work, but everything else was in working order. We paid to heat the pool and it was worth it. Easy to communicate with the owner. Highly recommend Junction Prime for a special dinner. The food was surprisingly good! Great...

"great property to stay at. Just a couple things for you to look at. Maybe put slip proof slips on outside steps. When they are wet, 2 of our gals fell on them. I also tripped and fell over the carpet that sticks up in living room. Kitchen neefd some type of can opener. We had an overall good stay!. Just wouldn't want someone to get really hurt"

"It’s a nice condo. I would say the only issue we had was the AC went out 2 times which might have been a power issue on the island itself. Other than that, we had a great time."
