"Breakfast was rather dull with no seasoning. Orange juice tasted funny. I was dissspointed there no USB plugs to charge my phone. TV was big but only had limited access to TV channels and no access to Netflix or Amazon. But nice bed, nice shower, AC worked well."

"The property was in better condition compared to other Holiday Inn express that I’ve stayed at. One negative is that they have a water softener and so getting the soap out of your hair and off your body when you showered was difficult and the tub was super slippery. They did have a sign on the mirror saying you could get a nonslip bathmat which I asked for on the second day and they provided it and it made it much better and safer in the shower."

"There was a young man working there by the name of Zac and he was the nicest most helpful person I’ve ever encountered at any hotel in my life. And that includes the five star hotels I’ve stayed at traveling internationally and in the major cities in the United States. The breakfast was above average The housekeeping was so so… I was there 10 days and they only came into my room a couple of times without me asking them to do something to clean it up Getting in and out of the hotel was not the easiest. You had either go out onto Lakeline and do a U-turn and then go back or you had to cut through a medical facility and make a right turn and then make a left. Turn U-turn to go the other direction. All in all, I would stay there again, except it was a very long drive to the area of Austin. I was working in."
