"The room did have a nice ocean view. However, the plastic chairs on the deck were hard and the couch was hard, and the bed was hard. Even the chairs around the pool were very hard. No padding. The towels for the pool are tattered and ripped. We found a large cockroach dead in our room one morning. The staff were nice. I did find they catered to the Mexican people. The pool activities were only spoken in Spanish. We would not stay there again."

"This hotel was an excellent choice! We loved the location, right in the heart of the Golden Zone. The beach out front is easily walkable, with hard packed sand. We found this hotel very quiet, whether in our room or at the poolside. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"Room was clean basic room no mini fridge which was a disappointment a large balcony with great ocean views. All inclusive plan does not include everything and is confusing your only choice for breakfast and lunch is the buffet and it is not good. Dinner choices were better"

"The room was so musty smelling. 2nd floor absolutely no view. Food at best was tolerable but nothing to brag about. Bathroom needs a renovation. Bathtub very slippery. Almost fell several times. "
