"After reading the reviews in 3 different sites, I was Afraid and wanted to cancel my reservation. It was a Great Surprise , the Young man at the counter had a Big Smile, he explain everything, even the No Housekeeping in a short stay but told me that if I need it Towels to come to the desk. everything was explained to me. "They need to communicate better about the parking. I had to park far away and walk to my building. They did not tell me where I should park, and I finally had to go ask. Then they told me where to park and it was not even close to the building I was staying in!!"
