The hotel itself is beautiful, very nice, the lobby is magnificent to look at. Some of the hotel staff are rude. The prices for food and drinks in the lobby lounge are VERY expensive, equivalent to $25AUD for one pot of tea!!!! The hotel is also a long way from any restaurants, so keep this in mind ...
Thoroughly gorgeous spacious facility, room the same and restaurant/breakfast buffet delicious, varied, opulent. Fitness center excellent and huge. Next door mall a bonus. Concierge service fabulous. Location in Central bus. District but not far from Forbidden City and other sites.
Excellent, super helpful staff! Lovely beds, rooms are all spacious and great water pressure in the showers
