Several restaurants are close by, only about 10 minutes to downtown area. There were a few minor issues that we pointed out to the manager, who offered to have them fixed right away. Everything exceeded my expectations. Check in was easy, the house was clean, and even better than the website showed. The bedrooms were fantastic, with big comfortable beds. The kitchen and living room space were perfect for our group. There was ample seating and standing space to socialize. The refrigerator was huge. Plenty of space to prepare/serve food and drinks. There was some ice in the freezer, but we brought our own ice. The neighborhood was very nice, safe, and there was plenty of room for parking. Close to campus and Perkins street for shopping and eating. Quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The home is cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, etc. the house was very clean and the homeowner was more than accommodating to our requests - early checkin, change days, etc. It was also in a great location.
