The house was spacious while still being intimate, but allowed each of us our own bedroom. Having multiple bathrooms was such a plus. But even if none of that was true (which to be clear: it is!) the location quite simply cannot be beat. A streetcar stop is just steps outside the door, and the amenities on Frenchman Street are just a couple minute walk. We would most definitely stay here again. ##### Dax W. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants on Frenchman street, and less than 15 minutes to Bourbon St. The property was in great shape and we had more than enough space. The only minor negative would be the very thin walls, but besides that everything else was perfect. Our hosts gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and all check in instructions were concise and easy to understand. The facility was cute with a lot of charm and nicely appointed. So location was within walking distance from everything that we were intending to do. The street car is directly across the street was a bonus and helped us get everywhere in the city that we wanted to be. The host was very communicative. Gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They kept in contact with us and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this VRBO. There is a full kitchen that is joined with the neighboring VRBO unit however, we rarely saw the other guest and never had any trouble using any of the communal facilities or visiting the back courtyard! I would definitely stay again. My only recommendation would be to bring your own coffee pods. We were hoping for some good French roast and should’ve brought some with us. ##### Eve B. The 3 bedrooms were all nice and each of them was big enough for a couple. The loft above is spacious, but the steps to get to it are a bit steep and can be challenging for some.
