"15 minutes from Round Top where we spent our time researching real estate for sale. Plenty of nature to enjoy and a comfortable stay, but some improvements could improve the experience. There are no window coverings/privacy shades, which makes it hard to sleep after the sun rises and uncomfortable when the sun goes down. "The house was exactly as pictured and excellent for the stay. The outdoor space was lovely for our wedding and everyone thought it was a great location/venue. Prior to the weekend communication was excellent but when it came time to actually being there, communication went downhill. A wedding can be high stress so having that happen was frustrating; however, the owner did get someone to come mow the outdoor event space on the day of the event and it gave us just enough time to finish decorating....

We had 12 guys there for a golf tournament near by, Micheal even set up a small driving range for us off the back porch, a mini “Top Golf”. Beautiful property, especially at night with all the lights around the property."
