Room is clean but outdated, not convenient to uptown Saint John if you don’t have a vehicle. Staff not knowledgeable enough to tell you what to do or where to park if you are going to see the historic area of SJ.

"Be aware - the unit is in a building with 4-5 other units which have been converted from commercial space to STR space . We did not have any hot water the whole time we were there , the building likely shared one hot water tank . The bedrooms are street facing , although the windows and double pane ..."
