In General, we enjoyed our stay. Areas of opportunity. Have Ice available near the room. Be able to choose breakfast other than buffet. Room service have some inconsistencies in quality and completeness of the service.

I read a review that said the staff was the best thing about the hotel and it is true, they do what they can and what is within their reach, unfortunately the hotel fails in several aspects. I went in the low season (beginning of March) and there were 2 events (a wedding and a birthday party) I don't know if the hotel miscalculated but during meal times the restaurants were packed with people having to queue for up to half an hour and once you had gotten a table, the food was gone and you also had to wait up to half an hour for the buffet trays to be refilled, the queues at the 3 bars were the same, queues and more queues.

Todo estuvo muy bien, sólo tengo dos observaciones: nos dijeron que no podíamos tener nuestra hielera en la alberca o la playa del hotel, porque ellos venden bebidas. Pero la tiendita donde supuestamente las venden, nunca la abrieron. Otra observación: la limpieza ..."
