"This property is a great value for families visiting Asheville, especially Biltmore palace. It's not a fancy hotel with lots of amenities but very spacious units with multi bedroom setup with washer/drier, full kitchen and fireplace. Their washer-drier setup is very concerning though. Those machines are not cleaned, can be aAJOR FIRE RISK. I noticed the drier is getting very hot with clogged filters because no guest cleans. I hope they on on top of it."
