"They didn’t have housekeeping room was in terrible condition there was no one at check in waited for 30 minutes before we could find some one. Really bad experience. No parking always full horrible "

"This property is not aesthetically appeasing and doesn’t look anything like the photos online. The area and neighborhood is not the best location. The hotel staff even lets homeless in to come in and eat and sit with the guest. The outside doors do not stay locked. Anyone can come into this hotel. You can tell that renovations were just done recently, but it’s a lot of patchwork. Our first room the AC did not work and we tried to give it a chance, but the clerk knew the AC wasn’t working when he put us in that room because he didn’t flinch or rebuttal when I told him the AC was not working, so he switched the room next-door. I barricaded my door is just to feel safe and that hotel."

"All the restaurants except for one are at the sister location. Feel like that is deceiving. The pool and fire pit closed several times due to weather. Just felt like we had to leave the property to enjoy our weekend. "

"Room was clean, staff was super nice, laundry room was clean but super super hot, pool was a good size but smelled real strong of chlorine, and free breakfast is a plus just wish they had another drink dispenser.. there was a lot of people waiting for drink and only water was coming out. "

"I have stayed here many times and usually have a perfect experience. Unfortunately this time our air conditioner didn’t work the first night. They did send maintenance to our room to fix it, but it didn’t work. We told the front desk that the ac still didn’t work the next morning and we ended getting downgraded to a smaller room which I found disappointing. I have always loved staying here and so Hope. Text time is better. "
