"Other than mattress being uncomfortable, the place is a 10 out of 10. Staff were friendly for the most part. Shuttle bus driver was personable, kind, & funny. Front desk gentlemen was friendly, kind, & efficient. The 3rd shift personal was direct, almost rude with an attitude of don’t bother me or ask me anything lol. Anyone can have a bad day so I’ll give her some grace. Love the bathroom & shower. Great remodel. "

"Stayed at the TownePlace Suites on F-S-S for a mini-family reunion and couldn’t have been cared for better than these folks took care of us. The staff is delightful and cheery, very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful…. Really like the mini-waffle maker (looking for the one for home now lol). Other than the excellent staff and accommodations, the really important thing to me is the shower and it was fantastic!! It is near a lovely river front park just a short stroll away with a fantastic view of the Queensborough Bridge. Near the subway….that we took into manhattan and out to Coney Island!! We played cards on the rooftop with a great view of the bridge and lovely breeze on a hot day. Thank you all for making my stay and mini-family reunion a relaxed and enjoyable event!!!"

"What I thought was unique the way they have two separate sides to stay in."

"We stayed here for one night due to a flight delay, the hotel is clean, and well maintained. I loved the complimentary items they leave in the bathroom which we needed since it was an unexpected stay we didn't have everything with us. Especially the slippers!! They offer complimentary shuttle to and from JFK airport. We called upon arrival, and the shuttle arrived within 15 mins to pick us up. We will definitely stay here from now on whenever we visit the area. Highly recommended! "

"My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very cool. Bar is wonderful. Only complaint was that our room was not serviced on the very other day schedule. We ran out of TP. Think our room just got skipped over."
