There was no parking available in front of the house as the host mentioned, he didn’t shovel the snow so I parked two blocks away and I was chased out of the space I parked by a resident. The room could use thicker curtains for privacy. Linens and pillow cases were unclean. Other than that it was quiet area. »

« The unit we initially reserved had an unexpected maintenance issue the day of our arrival. The host Toby immediate informed us and offered another unit a few blocks from the original. This was very close in amenities to the one we reserved. My family and I enjoyed the comfort of the beds, the large walk in shower, and close access to the subway. We would definitely recommend his properties and would stay again on our next trip. »

The location is super convenient, very close to JFK and easy access to the subway, you can be in the city in about 30 minutes without any hassle.The place itself was clean, exactly as advertised, and a really good value for what you get. « The shower water doesn't really get hot, possible that's an issue with the handle, given that it comes right off. Wifi password didn't work for me either. I'd recommend making the password custom and shorter. Place was nice overall and in a great location given the proximity to the arena »
