"The room is clean, but the outlets barely charged my devices. They kept falling out the outlet. The NEIGHBORHOOD!! OMG….. you are a block away from the projects! That’s where you need to pass to take a subway. Barely any counter space. The A/C was NOT working properly. The hotel tried to accommodate but wanted to put us in an even smaller room. No vending machine, no kitchen, no snack area. So come prepared to just sleep and leave. "

"This is our second time staying at Four Points by Sheraton. We enjoyed our second stay as much as the first. Staff is very friendly and helpful with any special request we had. Very conveniently located to Downtown Main Street, Flushing, NY. We didn’t use the pool or fitness room on this trip, since we spent so much time exploring new restaurants that opened since last year in Flushing. Shuttle pickup is a very nice and convenient amenity. Pick up was quick and the driver who picked us up from the airport and the one that drove us back to the airport, were very friendly and professional. We will be staying here again on our next visit to NY. "

"The hotel was great so I gave it 5 stars, but you should warn your guests that you are robbing them at the front desk for bottled water. I should have asked how much before having it billed to my room, but $40 for 4 waters for your guest is ridiculous."
