"Booked the room via VRBO; so our room would be cleaned if we paid another fee, as well as a decent parking fee, and a resort fee on the way out. "Bleach odor was over-powering and gave us a headache!!Check-in process was not communicated via VRBO app as promised which required me to contact them via multiple phone calls and emails, creating undue stress. (Truly not a VRBO rental :/ )Non-early check-in (1 hour would’ve been nice), which a hotel would’ve allowed, and this place was more like a long-stay hotel, not a VRBO. "Unfortunately the king bed is horrible, so we did not have a good nights sleep. The bed creaks every time you move. Also, one of the hand towels had make up on it from a prior guest. We come to Miami every few months unfortunately we will have to find another place. "
