"We obtained a very nice room upgrade but be aware of the hidden 20% fees and taxes. Front desk was attentive and house keeping was very good. Be sure to insist the porter put your bags in a locker when checking out else will be left outside (lazy). Grounds, beach and staff are amazing but note there are numerous broken lounge chairs along the beachfront - sad and poorly maintained given this high end resort. Walking at night felt safe and an on site Starbucks was perfect! Shuttle buses enabled us to experience all of Atlantis's restaurants, watermarks and casino."

"Highlights: The beach was absolutely beautiful with clean, clear water and well-maintained sand. The food was surprisingly good, and the buffet staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Special recognition to Caudisha and Wilnar, who provided exceptional service. Caudisha was warm, personable, and always made us feel welcomed, while Wilnar was consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating. Both truly enhanced our experience. The location was perfect for exploring local attractions, beaches, and downtown. The alcohol quality was also much better than expected for an all-inclusive resort, and the 24-hour nightclub/bar was a nice adults-only feature. Lowlights: The nightly entertainment lacked diversity and did not feel inclusive of African American guests. Most music centered around rock, Latin, and pop, with very little variety. I would have appreciated more diverse selections or Bahamian music and culture incorporated into the shows. Another major issue was smoking in clearly marked non-smoking areas around the pool bar and lounge spaces. Staff and security frequently saw it happening but did not enforce the rules, which negatively impacted the experience for non-smoking guests. Restaurant reservations were extremely difficult to get at reasonable times. The resort also needs maintenance upgrades, including broken pool tiles, rusted speakers, and chipped paint in common areas. While the rooms were updated, the furniture still felt outdated."

"The pools and beaches were beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the trip. We especially enjoyed the fountain water shows at the front of the resort, which were fun and entertaining for the whole family. The restaurants were decent overall, though service was slower than expected and food wait times were quite long. One area that could use improvement is staff awareness and training regarding food allergies, as we did not feel fully confident with the handling of our daughter’s allergy concerns. Overall, we had a nice experience and appreciated the resort’s atmosphere and amenities."

"Access to Atlantis was a huge perk for us and close proximity to the marina village. We had lots of issues with the water in our room. From very little water pressure to no water at all. Often was ice cold as well. The toilet was finicky to flush towards the end of our stay. Very noisy hallways"
