Furthermore, I would like to thank the housekeeping staff for their invaluable assistance during a challenging time when my daughter fell ill. Their prompt attention to my needs was greatly appreciated. Lastly, I would like to commend the gentleman at the club for his exceptional service in providing me with ice cubes. "My bathroom sink was stopped up, called desk and engineering never showed up to fix. Had to use the kitchenette sink to shave, wash hands, brush teeth. No towel or bed service was done, trash not emptied. Breakfast was top notch but the room service left a lot to be desired. Sad, but otherwise enjoyed my stay. Those things are important to me. "
