"This was a wonderful hotel stay in. My husband and I wanted an overnight getaway in London without breaking the bank. The price for our king suite was great and the room was lovely. Super clean. Newly remodelled. Comfortable bed and duvet. Quiet. Even the hall leading to ur room gave us good vibes, very clean carpeting, no marks on the walls, etc. Off the main drag so no noise from outside. Just really really nice. No noise between rooms or in the hall, although the hotel was not busy on a Sunday night. Front staff was great both for check-in and check-out. We did not partake in the breakfast buffet. There was nothing negative to say at all other than the timing for breakfast. As seniors, we didn't want to get up early enough to have to finish breakfast by 9 am so we went somewhere else. We would stay in this hotel again definitely. Highly recommend."

"basic room for the night ..rate was good but nothing too fancy ...have stayed here alot as it was very close to the hospital when I required medical procedures there usually yearly. very busy road and area back rooms are a bit quieter for sleep. "

"Beautiful hotel, but unfortunately the experience left me feeling really uncomfortable. About 30 minutes after checking in, a hotel staff member attempted to enter my room without warning. Thankfully I had the latch closed, but I was already settled into the room and on a work meeting when it happened. Regardless of what I was doing, having someone try to enter an occupied room unexpectedly is completely inappropriate and honestly made me uneasy for the rest of my stay. I reported it to the front desk shortly after and was given a complimentary drink coupon, but the situation itself was never really addressed in a meaningful way. The other major disappointment was the food. The restaurant service staff were kind and attentive, but the food itself was genuinely poor. My meal was dry, overcooked, and not enjoyable. I brought it to the attention of the restaurant manager at the time, but nothing was done. Later, the hotel offered to send up an alternate room service item instead. Unfortunately, that was somehow even worse. The vegetables looked dried out and old, ingredients listed on the menu were missing, and the entire plate looked unappetizing and poorly prepared. It’s unfortunate because the hotel itself is beautiful, but between the room privacy issue and the disappointing food experience, this stay did not meet expectations."

"I stayed here last week for a business trip to London and overall had a good stay, though there are a few areas that could be improved. I booked a one bedroom suite and was happy with how spacious and clean it was. The room included kitchen amenities like a microwave, fridge, sink, and utensils. I was also on the first floor, which made it convenient to access the ice machine and filtered water station in the gym. One thing that could have been communicated better was the security deposit at check-in. The receptionist processed the charge without mentioning it, so I was confused when I noticed the amount charged was different from my booking total. Breakfast was okay, but during the first two mornings the plates and utensils were disposable plastic, and some labels on the jars for jams were faded. Interestingly, on my last morning, proper mugs replaced the disposable cups, the plastic tableware was gone, and the labels had been refreshed - apparently head office was visiting that day. I just wish the same attention to detail had been there throughout the stay. Since I was traveling for work, I also found the desk setup lacking. The lighting around the desk wasn’t great for working, and there wasn’t a proper desk chair provided. That said, despite seeing many kids in the hotel, it was surprisingly quiet during my stay!"

"Parking served the purpose Keeping in mind the establishment is under renovation, the property grounds definiely require more TLC Windows require cleaning inside and out Beds/bedding were comfortable and served the purpose for our trip Staff were accomodating ensuring our requests for towels/incidentals were brought to our rooms in timely manner"
