« The house is beautiful and the location is great. Our family had a fantastic time. The kitchen is well stocked, everything was clean, pool and beach items in the shed and tons of games in the closet. The walkout to the beach is a bit of a workout for us “older” people but our kids and grandkids had no trouble. I would absolutely recommend staying here. »

« We stayed here the last week in October and luckily had gorgeous weather. This house is laid out beautifully with lots of adirondack chairs everywhere. The hot tub was used every night and pool also. The view is gorgeous, deer seen every morning on the dunes and beach, great restaurants, and very comfortable and cozy. We will definitely stay here again! »

« House was great and just as described in the listing. Very clean. We had a slight issue with check in (not the owners' fault) and they responded immediately to our request for help. Short walk down a path and over a dune to the beach. We had a great week! »

« We were 20, and we really enjoyed the cottage. Great view on the sound. Close to the beach (10 min walk), very close to the grocery store. Pool is great. Only little issue is with Internet speed was too slow (less than 10mb/s) to be able to use Netflix in the theatre and there is no dvd player. Overall, this is a great location to enjoy OBX with family and friends. »

« Excellent in so many ways! Plenty of room for gathering, plus lots of spaces for getting away for "Me" time. Loved that each bedroom has it's own bathroom - nice privacy. Check-in was so easy and hassle-free (Thank you!) The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans (though a couple more smaller pots would have been helpful) and plenty of utensils. That pot-filler feature is amazing! Never knew I needed one! »
