"We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and really liked this property. The grounds itself has plenty to do from tennis/pickleball, 2 hot tubs, 3 pools (one indoor), playgrounds, etc. It also has direct beach access and is walkable to a few shops, even to the boardwalk if you don't mind walking a bit. We walked to the circle in the morning to get coffee and a walk on the beach. The property does have some age and little things showed the age, but it was very clean. The communication of the exact location and amenities that were available to us, or rather unavailable, was lacking, making the trip a bit stressful as we had to resort to multiple different parties to ask questions. The check out instructions were unclear as well with no way to clarify them. "

"The Beachwoods resort offers a lot of amenities for their guest. It is children friendly with activities for all ages. The gated resort is safe and secure. The villas are clean and maintained. I highly recommend this as a place to stay that offers more than a standard motel. It offers you an experience. "
