« Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t. »

« The property was beautiful, spacious and excellently located. Steps from the beautiful beach. Lots of space for everyone to spread out in and the price was reasonable. Check in left something to be desired. In addition to not providing any of the basics (garbage bags, hand soap, etc), check in time was uncertain until minutes beforehand. Makes it difficult to show for those necessities due to lack of being in the house. Were not able to get into remote home until 6 pm. Once settled though, the...

« There was plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked. The views from the decks were absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed being able to fish off the dock, using the kayaks, and riding the bikes around the neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay! »
