"We were very pleased with the house. Great waterfront on sound property. It took a while for the hot tub to heat up and we had to add more water to cover the jets. We made use of the kayaks and kite/wind surfers went right by us. Note the wifi pwd is all lowercase letters which is different from how it is written plaque in house. "This home was unique in its roundness and wrap all around decks. The views are amazing. Each morning we enjoyed coffee on the deck watching the ocean . AMAZING !! The area of Avon was quaint and had plenty to do. We traveled all around the islands. The weather was chilly which made the hot tub perfect each evening. Overall a restful, relaxing vacation. We will be back"

"Excellent April vacation. Very quiet, safe, and just a few steps to the beach. Highly recommend. Lots of space inside for 2 families. The bedroom wings, both with full baths makes privacy easy. "

"Kitchen was low quality and very small. TVs should be updated so apps like Netflix can be used. Rug in living room seemed to be pretty dirty."

"Everything about our stay was excellent and the only thing we did not have was towels that were avaliable for us. I loved how close to the ocean we were walking distance and how close we were to the restaurants in Avon NC around the town."

"Property was as advertised. Dining table is a pool table. Flip over top and can play table tennis. Only aspect not appreciated was toilet in Master bedroom has no door. But we knew this going in and managed just fine with the floor plan."

Heatpump a/c unit above bed had a strange built-in wood frame surround that only allowed the air to blow directly onto your face when sleeping in the bed. Good location and walking to the beach."

"We expected to find some defects and maybe some signs of use by multiple families each week however, we found the outside deck and pool dirty, with misc trash and old pool toys . It looks like this house needs major upgrades and aesthetic upgrades for the price charged. Owner needs major investment in updates and cleanliness. There were screens torn out from the hot tub area and trash left behind from previous tenants. We also took the trash out Thursday night and only one bin was emptied so...
