![The next time you are anywhere even close to Austria you have to promise to visit Aqua Dome in Längenfeld. This is one of the most incredible places I have ever been! Highly, HIGHLY recommend. "2 nights in Innsbruck. The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of the centre. The hotel has character and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast to a high standard. Comparing prices to other hotels during the same period, the price is expensive but competitive. For the price, however there are some things that can be improved. First the check-in / front desk personnel can learn to smile and be more friendly. Yes they were efficient, and perhaps having to work in the Christmas period is no fun … but smiling cots nothing. Second. There is tea in the room, but no coffee. When we asked we were told that they don’t put coffee in the room. I think this is the first hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the world that doesn’t offer both. So slightly disappointed with our stay.. "

"DÉÇUS. Rien ne correspondez à notre réservation… Nous avons logés dans un autre bâtiment à plusieurs centaines de mètres donc aucune commodité de l’hôtel réservé, bar, vue sur le lac et même le petit déjeuner où nous avons été une seule fois le jour du départ. Les chambres devais êtres insonorisés, avec chauffage individuel, mais rien de tout cela, et en plus, vous avions deux petites couettes d’un mètre pour un grand lit, une horreur, surtout que les chambres n’étaient pas bien chauffées. Douche sans porte !!! Une note de deux étoiles, tout simplement, parce que le personnel a tout fait pour notre arrivée tardive pour nous servir un plat chaud, alors que vous avions beaucoup de retard avec les problèmes d’annulation et de retards de trains. Sinon j’aurais mis une note dune seule étoile. Je déconseille ou il faut bien demander d’avoir l’hôtel principal et non pas une dépendance."
