"One of the most beautiful cabins we've stayed in during our trip to Austria – just a short drive from Vienna. The cabin is fully equipped and feels just like home. The lake and mountains across from it are some of the most stunning we've seen. The water is clean and pleasant to swim in. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the check-in instructions in time – make sure to confirm them the day before. Other than that, everything was clean, quiet, and highly recommended. "als Familiendomizil sehr zu empfehlen! Das Häuschen liegt super, in der Vorsaison sehr ruhig. Tipp: Öffnungszeiten dringend beachten, vorallem die Mittagspause... Wanderungen auch mit unseren kleinen (7 Monate und 4 Jahre) sehr gut möglich! Empfehlung Edelrautehütte inkl Scheibelsee! Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen (die erste total verregnet - durch das sehr gute Angebot - aber überhaupt kein Problem) und werden nächtes Jahr wieder Urlaub bei unseren sehr netten österreichischen Nachbarn machen. "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Brötchenservice genial. Unsere Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, unsere Tochter sitzt im Rollstuhl, das war überhaupt kein Problem in der Wohnung. Eine Rampe hat einen barrierefreien Zugang zur Wohnung ermöglicht, ebenso gab es eine Rampe zur Terasse.Fünf Sterne für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder."

"Ein schönes altes Haus, renoviert und top gepflegt, alles sauber, und die Vermieter achten auch darauf dass es so bleibt.Wir waren eine 12köpfige Reisetruppe (davon 3 Kinder) zum Skifahren. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz, es war alles da was man braucht, vor allem auch genügend Platz für die Skiausrüstung. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar, jedoch war die tägliche Auf- u. "Large room on the 7th floor. Old and smelled a bit damp but the windows open which is great. Laminate floor very scuffed, cracked sink. Very comfortable bed! Found shower over bath very difficult to reach and operate, and also dangerous to get out of, with curve of slippery bath and big step needed to reach past screen and get out. Also why you'd want a glass wall letting light from bathroom into bedroom, I don't know. Loads of storage space etc. friendly staff. Coffee and cake available for free from 4am which was great for our 6am flight"

"Room had a stale smell, staff helped to get the windows unlocked for me. Unfortunately check in was slow and would have been nice to the staff to offer some water while you wait, particularly as your generally arriving from travelling long distances. Menu for room service was out of date, and hard to hear the staff when ordering as the phone was more for looks than functionality. Rooftop bar is nice but no priority given to those staying in house and service is lacking. Additionally room only cleaned upon request. All in all, an ok stay, however the expected more from my favourite hotel brand!"

"Got in very late and had to wait for security to let us in. Self check in was fine. Room just felt dated and in need of a good clean. Good location to the train station. Went out in the morning and came back room. Key card didn't work. Had to go back down to reception. Back up again. Still didn't work. Back down again. This wouldn't have been an issue but we were on the 7th floor with two dodgy lifts. Waiting ages for the lift's to come and stopped at every floor with staff trying to get in with trolleys of sheets and cleaning items."
